  In a thread: A member asked for mold-safe vacation rental recommendations, particularly for Charleston, SC and surrounding areas.

  “I rented at the Guild as soon as it opened. It was a beautiful well kept building and my ERMI was great. The first couple of years were ideal. Then- as with any communal property - people get careless and water issues happen and they sweep them under the rug.”
