“That and Mayport naval base are both awfully moldy!”

“Jacksonville Naval Air Station Florida, on base Navy Lodge seemed very moldy. By next day it was obvious there was terrible musty mold damage hidden somewhere, maybe the heating/cooling unit or the walls.”
