“it says it was built in 2002, the Emerald Bay tower portion of the property is about 23 years old, and just as of march 2024 the whole building and restaurants went through a renovation that finished this year 2025 in Jan, so I'm thinking the VOCs may be too hard for me and others, till 2 years out”
