In a thread: A member shared their experiences at two rental properties in Georgia, warning about mold and water damage issues encountered during their stays.
“it was beautiful and I loved it, but there was an active leak under the kitchen sink and evidence of a dishwasher leak/malfunction at some point and while I didn't see or feel mold in the kitchen, I did see a tiny bit in the closet of the primary bedroom.”
