In a thread: Asking for feedback from anyone who has stayed at Grand Velas Riviera Maya.
“Stayed there in February 3 years ago and had no issues. It was very clean. All the hallways are open air. There is zero carpet. There were no harsh chemical/cleaner smells in any of the buildings.”
