“Fairly new (about 4 yrs old I believe), a smaller place (which I prefer because easier to keep clean/well managed)... No mildew smells at all - the only water damage I saw (and I looked around) was some mild rust in the master bathroom sink overflow but no crazy mold growth in there like I've seen at near every hotel/airbnb I've ever stayed at.”
