In a thread: A member found mold in the HVAC closet of a newer Clermont, FL Airbnb and was moved to an adjacent unit that shares a wall with the contaminated area.
“This was on the HVAC INSIDE the unit in a small closet. Newer construction. The owner said 'this is normal for Florida.'”
