“I have been a new patient for a while and everything has been great. Heather is honestly, best of best, but this new AI bot system lacks care. I literally just got out of hospital due to sepsis and lung infection and have been trying to get an appointment immediately to see her to discuss treatment. I tried Friday and today and can't get a hold of anyone or even heard back. I even said in message. This system is very unfortunate and disappointing.”
