“I found Dr. Lee Spencer based on a recommendation from my Chiropractic Neurologist. "Functional" being the main word in the title of the business is what first got me hooked on the idea of going to Midcoast Functional Training, LLC, but it was Lee that locked me in. He takes a very thorough approach from the start, asking pertinent questions about my pain, my process, my goals and what drives me. This hasn't stopped and I've been seeing Lee since Jan 2025. We began with my shoulders which were injured during my time in the Army and I was in some serious pain and restricted range of motion ”
