“I have loved and praised Dr Panitch. I have been a patient of her’s since the 90s. I am sad that I will be seeing another GP moving forward. She is a great Dr., but her staff fell short too many times recently. Simple errors can easily be overlooked but they took it too far by insulting me. First I accidentally left a written Rx at the office. That portion is my error. They took notice and called me after they noticed I left it. I wasn’t far and offered to stop by and pick it up. They offered to send it to the pharmacy for me and no pick up would be necessary. That was a Tuesday. That Friday ”
