“I have been dealing with sciatic nerve issues on and off for about 10 years. It had been manageable, but about a month ago it flared up badly and I was scared I had re-injured something. Michelle was extremely helpful. She quickly assessed what was happening and explained clearly how inflammation had compounded and was causing the nerve to react. It immediately put my mind at ease. Knowing it wasn’t a re-injured was such a relief. The nerve glide technique she taught me were simple and effective. Michelle really helped me get back track, I’m very grateful!”
