  Handful of microfibre cloths and some dish soap that you can use to wipe over surfaces and throw out

  We bring binders just in case we get stuck in a moldy hotel.

  The ec3 candles are helpful to have. Make sure you put them in a plastic bag so they don’t melt in your suitcase!

  I also like to take Cellcore’s biotoxin binder for any mold exposures.

  Haven’t found anything to be helpful save for timing my flight when there’s less people flying and booking the hotel for only 1-2 nights and first and then prolonging if it worked the first night or two.

  Enough paper towels, plastic bags, disposable gloves, and soapy water spray for cleaning anything(including hands or car.) Zip bags to contain small items or toiletries. An extra pillow(NOT your bed pillow from home, but a spare one that’s only used for travel.) Plastic bins or cheap washable duffel bags for packing personal belongings like clothing. Saline sinus rinse. For air travel: a tolerable face mask to minimize dust inhalation.

  Air it out completely when you get there, cleaning supplies to clean the entire place, and an air cleaner at minimum.

  I wish I had brought my hitech with me to pigeon forge. Our room was musty and it would’ve helped a ton.

  I bring my own air purifier and pillows.

  Air purifier helps a bit when it isn’t great. But we mainly try to sleep somewhere where we can open the windows while sleeping.
