  I've been thinking about this a lot. Plus something along the lines of Host-A-Sister. Just bought a house with low HERTSMI in Annapolis MD but won't be livable for a while (leaving furniture behind). Enough room to host people, when we do get set up.

  I’m in LWR/Sarasota, FL area close to everything and would consider this in the fall or late summer. No pets and non-smoker. ERMI tested and remediated.

  If I had a safe place there's no way I would trust anybody I didn't know to come in it. Just saying. That's a big reason why none of us can really help each other.

  I don't live in a touristy area but my house is mold free, pet free, fragrance free and are very crunchy so our mattresses are Naturepedic, we only use non toxic cleaners, detergents, toiletries, etc. We have several air doctors and small dehumidifiers as well.
