Santa Fe-if you find a healthy rental—is where I feel my very best. I go to an oxygen bar (altitude) on day one and feel spectacular thereafter.

Don't stay at The Element... Residence Inn on 89A! We stayed in a balcony room and left it open all day and night. It was amazing!

Hated Santa Fe. Visited twice and outdoor air is just terrible from my experience. I’d rather go for Sedona but still not amazing. We just visited Zion National Park and the air there was AMAZING!

Skip the cities! Go to Death Valley National Park. You can't detox in a city, especially Santa Fe, or downtown Vegas

I did terrible in both Santa Fe and Albuquerque. I was in Santa Fe last December for vacation and Albuquerque for most of September for work. I do really well in Phoenix.

Vegas sounds like a great option. Colorado way too expensive and New Mexico a lot of older homes. 2-3 year old home is ideal. Don’t do new- the VOC’s are so toxic, gave me MCAS’s moving into a new house.

The dry climate in the southwest is great. Old building especially with flat roofs are problems. But when you can find a clean building in a dry climate it’s awesome. I have a place in Eastern NM that is great. Crisp clean air

I detoxed in Ft Myers, FL! The sea air and the sun healed me quickly!! I had another exposure and I’m here again!!

Family in Vegas in moldy homes struggling but in any area if u can find the sweet spot thats what’s worth the trouble

We bought a gently used fifth wheel. It’s been a safe haven for me. Along with the sun and sea air it’s been very healing.
